WIDEN HUMANITY – TERMS & CONDITIONS

  • You agree to abide by all the terms and conditions stipulated in this membership agreement. Widen Humanity(Run by Widen Humanity Foundation) is free to make amendments to this Membership Agreement without any prior information.
  • Members are free to terminate their account at any point of time if the current terms and conditions or future updates of the terms and conditions are not agreeable to them. By continuing to use the services, you agree to accept the amendments made to the policy.
  • You are expected to keep yourself up to date with the latest terms and conditions by reviewing the policy on a regular basis.
  • By making use of Widen Humanity (Run by Widen Humanity Foundation)  website, services and advertising Programs you agree to abide by the following Terms & Conditions. Please carefully and ensure that you understand the terms and conditions fully. We are free to make revisions, additions or deletions to its plan, terms and conditions without any prior notice. Donors are expected to keep themselves up to date with the latest terms and conditions before using its services and the Foundation shall not be held responsible for oversight in this regard by the third party agents/Donors of this website and its affiliate Programs.

WHO IS ELIGIBLE?

  • Only Donors that are 18 years of age or older can participate in Widen Humanity Program.
  • International members can participate in Programs except in territories where the local governing laws prohibit.

MEMBER RESPONSIBILITIES

  • By choosing to use Widen Humanity Program (Run by Widen Humanity Foundation), you confirm to use your own name, email, address and accurate contact information. You agree not to use a false identity.
  • Donors are not allowed to maintain multiple accounts registered with different email addresses.
  • Only one account per Individual is permitted. If any Donor creates more than one account, in addition to that DONOR, when the information of the Donor comes to the knowledge, the NGO is able to close their account at any time. You are agree on not to create more than one account.
  • You pledge to keep your Donor name and password combination confidential.
  • Donors are free to make changes to their password regularly to ensure better online security and account integrity.
  • Inform all unauthorized access to Donor account immediately to ensure their own safety and the safety of the network.
  • Widen Humanity (Run by Widen Humanity Foundation) is free to terminate the Donor accounts at its own discretion for reasons such as any inappropriate or illegal use of the account.
  • In case of death or his consent : In case of death Donor’s level position will transfer to his Nominee (Death Certificate and KYC of Nominee Required).  Or on his consent a Donor can transfer its position to any one in Blood Relation at any level with necessary documents. (NOC will be required)

PROCEDURE TO RAISE REQUEST IN CASE OF MEDICAL EMERGENCY

  • In case of medical emergency the services will be provided to the Donor and its dependents below 18 years of age only.
  • A Donor should be three Months old and should have two directs member in Widen Humanity Program(Run by Widen Humanity Foundation) to raise request for medical emergency.
  • A Donor must have Medical related documents during the time of medical emergency.
  • Widen Humanity will try to fulfill the maximum need required by the Donor.
  • Each Donor is liable to donate up to Rs.1 to Rs.100/- in case of Medical Emergency.
  • The Widen Humanity Foundation will try its best to raise funds through this Program. However, Widen Humanity Foundation is not bound or liable for any claim.
  • If any Big Tragedy happens then the first priority of Widen Humanity Foundation will be the Charity and for this the NGO can Change or Stop the Rewards to be given during that time.

ANNUAL MEMBERSHIP

      Donation of Rs. 1000/- will be deducted(as 10 reward points) on completion of 1 year from the Donor’s E-Wallet.

MEMBERSHIP

Widen Humanity(Run by Widen Humanity Foundation) is not assuring about any forms of guaranteed return in any circumstances.

One Person can make only One Donation of Rs. 1000/- only.

All Donation are non-refundable.

VIOLATION OF ACCOUNT SUCH AS SELLING OR RENTING

Donors are strictly prohibited from selling or renting their account. Accounts suspected of such activities will have restricted access and could be terminated.

COALITION WITH WIDEN HUMANITY CROWDFUNDING PROGRAM(Run by Widen Humanity Foundation)

You are in no way entitled to any partnership, employment relationship, agency or joint venture with Widen Humanity Program(Run by Widen Humanity Foundation) through this agreement. Donors do not have any authority to represent Widen Humanity Program(Run by Widen Humanity Foundation) at any level, accept or make any offers on behalf of Widen Humanity Program(Run by Widen Humanity Foundation) at any point of time.

The Donor is completely responsible for meeting their own tax requirements on the revenue generated from or through Widen Humanity Program(Run by Widen Humanity Foundation).

LIABILITY

  • Widen Humanity Program(Run by Widen Humanity Foundation) shall not be made liable for any and all loss of profits, business opportunities either direct or indirect, damages that are both incidental and or consequential pertaining to this agreement and or through your use of the website. At any point of time, the aggregate liability shall not exceed the total fee paid or payable to the Donor pertaining to this agreement.
  • Widen Humanity Program(Run by Widen Humanity Foundation) does not make any direct or indirect warranties or representations that the operation of our website will be absolutely error free or uninterrupted. The errors that may be present in this website or the interruptions that may occur do not make the Foundation liable in any way for the damages or the losses suffered by the Donor.
  • Widen Humanity Program (Run by Widen Humanity Foundation) shall not be held liable under any circumstances where due to technical issue or any other issue problem arises where data Is lost or any other software related or relevant issue occurs and system related information might be lost or damaged or files are corrupted. Every individual member do understand that they will not claim NGO or any representative working on behalf of Widen Humanity Program(Run by Widen Humanity Foundation) in such circumstances.
  • Widen Humanity Program(Run by Widen Humanity Foundation) shall also not be held liable for any loss or damage that results due to electronic loss of data, malware or virus infection of the Donor’s PC or other digital causes that result from the use of our website. Widen Humanity Program(Run by Widen Humanity Foundation) is not liable to pay for repairs of any such nature or for virus removal or other damages in all such occasions.
  • The member or the Donor takes complete responsibility for their online security including the use of appropriate antivirus and anti-malware software and keeping them up to date.

INDEMNIFICATION

By using our website and its services you agree that you will indemnify and hold all the members of Widen Humanity(Run by Widen Humanity Foundation) including its Founders, Directors, Members, Employees and agents harmless from all liabilities and damages including but not limited to attorney fee and other legal expenses.

USE OF THIRD PARTY AGENCIES

Widen Humanity (Run by Widen Humanity Foundation) and its website may feature third-party services or products. Donors are liable to click on these links at their own risk and discretion. Widen Humanity Program (Run by Widen Humanity Foundation) does not have any control over those third party websites. Widen Humanity (Run by Widen Humanity Foundation) also does not monitor these websites directly or indirectly and also does not vouch for their safety or credibility. It is the responsibility of the Donor to verify the credibility of their sponsor or introducer. We are not responsible for any promotions done or any details shared to you by any individual or group regards to our concept.

 

DONOR REPRESENTATION AND WARRANTY

By making use of our Program and our website you warrant that you validly execute this agreement and comply with all binding obligations that are enforceable against you as per the terms and conditions and as per the legal system pertaining to our jurisdiction.

SPAM CONTROL

Donors shall not undermine the integrity of our website, services or NGO by promoting referral links through spamming or unsolicited emails or through the use of any other electronic means. Spamming will result in immediate termination of the account and your membership with the NGO shall be considered void.

MISUSE OF ACCOUNT

  • Widen Humanity(Run by Widen Humanity Foundation) prohibits the use of bots or software tools that will undermine the integrity of the services of the website.
  • Donor cannot have multiple accounts under name of their family members at Widen Humanity (Run by Widen Humanity Foundation) as described here but should not use false data. Use of multiple accounts is prohibited by registration through different email addresses will result in immediate termination of all the related accounts. Any reward points balance at the time of the account termination shall be considered forfeited.
  • The Donor shall not issue a chargeback on any transaction that is completed at Widen Humanity (Run by Widen Humanity Foundation). Such events will be considered a cause for account termination.
  • Widen Humanity (Run by Widen Humanity Foundation) at its sole discretion can block any IP, Donor or member who try to breach our server through the use of any malpractice including the use of anonymizing VPN or other proxy servers.
  • All accounts that violate our policy will be immediately terminated and all the reward points available in account will be forfeited and shall not be credited to the Donor’s account.
  • Donors that like to have their account unsuspended agree to pay a stipulated fee along with the chargeback fee.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHT

  • Donors agree not to reproduce this websites and or its contents in part of full. Donors also agree not to copy, modify or amend the website or its contents in any form without the written permission of Widen Humanity (Run by Widen Humanity Foundation). The logo, content, statistics any featured and other information presented in this website is protected against the intellectual property right.
  • Donors shall not make false claims as the employee, partner or contractor for Widen Humanity(Run by Widen Humanity Foundation) without written consent and permission. Widen Humanity Program(Run by Widen Humanity Foundation) is info@widenhumanityfoundation.com in all terms used above.
